What is the proper way to clean and maintain the the furniture?

Please visit our furniture care section on our website and always follow your assembly instruction package when installing cribs or beds. General tips on maintaining any/all furniture are also applicable to Romina products and will help you maintain the furniture’s initial quality and appearance. (avoid direct sunlight, solvent based cleaners, etc).


How does my Romina furniture ship to me?

Romina Furniture offers shipping/delivery or fulfillment options for all customers making a Transaction using our Online Website. Costs, conditions, limitations or guarantees associated with these shipping options may vary depending on location, product sold and/or services available in certain area. Romina Furniture does not assume liability and/or responsibility for the quality of the said service or actions or damages caused by third-party companies providing such service. Most of the items available in our online store are available for Free Shipping which means curb side delivery to your doorstep. Additional services such as “Inside Delivery” or “Expert installation & Packaging disposal” may be available in certain areas for an additional cost. Fulfillment time estimate is listed in each item’s description page.


What happens if a product or finish is discontinued?

Unlike most “manufacturers” we actually do produce the furniture and own our designs. With changing trends and styles, products or finishes may get discontinued but if this happens, we will will make this information available to all customers and allow the opportunity to complete your Romina collection within certain time limits. Please contact us directly to determine your individual needs.


What is Romina furniture product warranty?

Romina furniture offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and damages. All case goods (dressers, nightstands, bookcases, etc) are warrantied for 1 year while cribs come with a 3 year warranty. Some items or hardware components may come with additional extended warranty from their original manufacturer (German drawer glides 80,000 cycles or approx 73 years, etc. Exclusions or limitations may apply, more details are listed in our standard Warranty disclosure.


Does Romina furniture meet the US & Canadian government standards?

All Romina furniture is compliant with Consumer Product Safety Commission standards standards for full size cribs as well Canadian safety regulations currently in effect. All cribs are routinely tested per ASTM requirements and all furniture bears the non-mandatory GREENGUARD Gold standard.


How should the measurements listed for each item be interpreted?

All furniture measurements are recorded at the highest/lowest point of the respective measurement of a component. The inside dimensions of a crib complies with the US standard requirement for full size crib therefore will accommodate standard crib size mattress. Margins of tolerance shall be taken in consideration.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as ACH payments. Any of these payment methods is accepted but we cannot accept multiple credit payment methods or a combination of two.


Do I need a registered account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need a Romina account but we strongly encourage you to become a registered user so that you can track your order and order history. Registered users will be offered additional features and benefits along with being notified of our promotional events and new product introductions.
